MK DONS V WYCOMBE WANDERERS PREVIEW

TEAM NEWS
Dons manager Paul Ince has no new injury concerns as his team look to clinch automatic promotion with a win over play-off chasing Wycombe on Saturday.
Ince is still without Drissa Diallo, who will need surgery on a shoulder injury, and Colin Cameron who injured his knee against Lincoln a week ago. Craig Dobson and Paul Mitchell have stepped up their training but neither is yet ready for first team consideration.
Full-back Russell Martin is expected to recover for Wycombe despite injuring a muscle in training earlier this week.
Playmaker Sergio Torres suffered no ill-effects after returning from an ankle injury against Peterborough last week. The Argentine had been out for six weeks prior to the visit of Posh but should retain his place at stadiummk.

Goalkeeper Scott Shearer is back in training after an ankle injury but Matt Bloomfield, who scored in November's corresponding fixture, is out for the rest of the season with a knee injury.
FORM
Tuesday night's win over Wrexham was a 10th win in 12 games for the Dons, who are now unbeaten in League 2 since January 26 and top the table by two points.
Only Peterborough have taken any points off Paul Ince's team since mid-February, as their charge for the League 2 title continues.
While their incredible away form has been the rock their promotion challenge has been built on, three wins in their last four at stadiummk suggests they have started to find their groove more regularly at home.

The promotion picture stands as follows: If the Dons win they will be promoted to League 1 on Saturday. Should the Dons fail to win they need only match Stockport's result at Peterborough to guarantee promotion. Should Stockport lose at Peterborough the Dons will be promoted irrespective of their own result.
Wycombe's impressive form in Feburary and early March put them firmly in the play-off picture with the dream of automatic promotion not out of the question.
But draws in their last two games against Stockport and Posh have left allowed the chasing pack to close on them and a defeat at stadiummk on Saturday could see them drop out of the play-off pack.

By all accounts they could have taken more than a point from last Saturday's game against Posh. Looking at their away form though, the Chairboys have only won eight games on the road this season - the rest of the top seven are all well into double figures and the Dons have won twice that many.

LAST TIME OUT
Wycombe Wanderers 1 MK Dons 1 Saturday 3 November 2007
MK Dons clung on for a point in one of the landmark games in their season at Adams Park, despite playing the final half-hour with nine men.
Matt Bloomfield put Wycombe in front with a well-taken opener on 37 minutes, before Colin Cameron equalised on a breakaway led by Lloyd Dyer on the stroke of half time. Then the drama started.
Dons skipper Keith Andrews was sent off for handling a Sergio Torres shot on the line on 56 minutes, leaving Wycombe with a penalty to take the lead.

Willy Gueret saved John Sutton's effort, but when the lose ball came the way of Tom Williams, the full-back was cut down by Dyer, who joined Andrews for the early bath.
What followed was a show of courage, character and sheer determination from Paul Ince's side as they repelled wave after wave of Wycombe attacks to secure an unlikely point.
