Of the many bright stars being guided through the Dons Academy, Liam in particular has caught the eye of both the supporters and the management team.

He is a direct midfield player with good touch and the ability to strike the ball accurately from range. His versatility, which enables him to play right across midfield or fill in at right-back will give him every chance to success in the future. In 2007 he was named Most Improved Academy Player of the Year and, though still in his final year as a scholar, has already put himself in the thoughts of manager Paul Ince.
